The goal of CAIR is to make homecare simple again! Cair provides a demand-driven platform where independent nurses are given an opportunity to get new customers and deliver insured care. By reducing administrational work, the nurse has more time and attention for their client. Which, in the end, will lead to improving the quality of healthcare.
HUMANITY AND EMOTION ARE LOST
Homecare in the Netherlands is a market with many problems, it is a place where many conflicts in the healthcare industry come together to shape one giant mess. Customers or clients have little to no choice and often get lost in the complex funding systems. It is very important for the client to feel comfortable with the caretaker. Independent nurses need to do a lot of administrational work, which influences the quality of work in a negative way. Simply put, humanity and emotion are lost in the industry.
IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF HEALTHCARE
Cair is commited to bring back humanity and emotion into home care industry. The customer can choose an individual independent nurse online, based on preferences, quality and required competencies. Cair will help the customer and caretaker with the (financial) administration and delivery of care once a choice is made. This includes automatic handling of invoices and statements, online care records and a planning tool.
PERSONAL CONNECTIONS
Every independent caretaker gets a profile on Cair.nl. The profile page is designed to give the customer all the information they might need before considering to hire them. We decided to use personal stories and quotes about why they choose to do what they do. This way the customer can make a personal and emotional connection with the caretaker before even meeting them.
AMSTERDAM, AMERSFOORT AND NIJKERK
Cair is currenlty only active in three cities in the Netherlands. The first caretakers have succesfully joined Cair and have been getting in contact with their new clients. They hope to expand to other cities as soon as possible to help people all around the Netherlands. Cair has been nominated for the Accenture Innovation Awards.
